Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from me, all final products can vary slightly due to colour differences on devices. Please remember, all items are handmade, and different screens may also slightly alter the colour of a piece. 

There are no refunds on any jewellery. Please make sure before purchasing you are ordering your correct size.

For customs: if you have signed a contract - Refer to your customs contract. Disregard any other information other than the information provided to you within your contract.

Other customs: as noted on the top banner of my website - customs can take anywhere between 4 to 11 weeks or more. There is a current significant delay on customs. Thank you for your understandint



Some stones used are not polished at the back (unless they are see through) and all my work has small melted knots at the top back. These small knots are invisible (at the back) and flat so they do not scratch. 

There are no refunds on any items. This includes: purchasing the incorrect size and change of mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival, if your item is damaged during the shipping process, I am not liable for these damages, however, I can always chat with you to help you look for a solution with Auspost. If the damage occured overseas with an overseas postal company it may be more difficult for me to find a solution and it may require your own contact with the postal service. To ensure you have a right to claim with Australia Post for the amount you purchased, please contact me before placing an order or select the "insured" shipping option during check out. If you do not purchase insured postage, all parcels are limited to a $100 refund due to the limitation set by auspost. Not every situation may result in a refund. Other forms of "refunds" include credits and replacements. Shipping is not refunded as this is a third party service.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items in my store can not be exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. I'm happy to answer them all.

No refunds on any jewellery, smudge bundles or crystals. Please note, not paying customs fees and having the package returned to me does not warrant a refund. It is your responsibility to pay your import duties and a failure to do so may result in the item being sent back to me. 

In that case a new listing will be created for you to pay for shipping back to your country. Under no circumstances does failure to pay for duties result in a refund.
