Shipping policy
I ship to: Australia, NZ, and Canada. Unfortunately, due to new regulations in the EU and NI, small businesses are no longer able to ship to the EU or NI. Due to current changes with Tarrifs to the US, I am still working out the logistics of shipping to the US again.
- I ship Australia-wide, and many international locations using Australia post.
- Due to the off-grid nature of my business, shipping takes place every 1-3 weeks.
- Due to the size of our small business, we are not able to offer free shipping at this time
- We charge the Aus post shipping cost + a handling fee
- Items are shipped once every 1-2 weeks due to me living off-grid
- International orders DO NOT include duties & Taxes. These are to be paid at the arrival of the item by the recipient. Different countires have different rules on the duty free threshold, please investigate with your local tax authorities. Not paying customs and then having the package return fees does not warrant a refund. I can resend the package at your cost.
- Items are wrapped in either paper or reusable and recycled plastic to ensure safe transportation.
- We do our best to minimize plastic use, but may have to use it if a good alternative is not available
- If your item is damaged during the shipping process, we are not liable for any damages. To ensure you have a right to claim with Aus post, choose the insured shipping option if your item exceeds $100.
- I am not liable for any lost packages, however, together we can get into contact with AUS post to mend the issue. For international customers, I am unable to assist with any shipping issues. Please refer to your local customs or shipping agency for help.
