Handcrafted in small batches on my off-grid rainforest property, this artisan marmalade is a vibrant celebration of homegrown citrus and native bush botanicals. It’s made using pesticide-free, homegrown lemons, oranges, and nagami kumquats from my own garden, slowly simmered with raw sugar and gently infused with rare, homegrown strawberry gum, a native Australian eucalyptus that lends a delicate berry-kissed note to every spoonful.
The result is a golden, fragrant preserve with bright citrus zing softened by subtle hints of the bush, an earthy, nuanced marmalade that tastes like morning sun through rainforest leaves.
This batch is made without added pectin, which means it's slightly softer than store-bought marmalade, still lusciously spreadable, and perfect for slathering on warm fresh bread or toast, spooning over muffins or yoghurt, or adding a sunlit twist to cakes and vanilla ice cream.

Packaged in a 300ml jar, ready to bring a little rainforest magic to your table.
Once opened, keep refridgerated. Best enjoyed within 8 weeks of opening.
